28th Annual The Harvest is Plentiful Concert

Bus for Harvest is Plentiful Concert
There will be a bus for the Harvest Is Plentiful concert available for those wishing to go the concert without having to drive themselves. Bus tickets are $10.00 for adults and $7.00 for children. They can be purchased before and after Masses, in the Parish office during office hours or by contacting Lucy Hurley. We are also asking for donations to help defray the cost of the bus.

20th Annual Priest Appreciation Dinner

Sponsored by Knights of Columbus on October 21 at St. Anthony Parish Hall on Cushing Street in Fredonia. $20 per person, cocktails at 4 pm, free bar, family style dinner at 5 pm. St. Joseph Spaghetti and Meatball Dinner
Wednesday, November 7, 2018
4 pm — Sold Out

Cash giveaways and theme baskets. Tickets $8.00 Adults and $5.00 for children 12 and under. Take outs available. Your help is needed to work, bake cakes for dessert, and contribute Theme Baskets.. Also donations of regular spaghetti and spaghetti sauce can be left in the boxes at both entrance to church.

St. Joseph Book Club

St. Joseph Book Club will meet Wednesday, November 7 at 7:00 pm in the Gathering Room. They will be discussing How to Live: What the Rule of St. Benedict Teaches Us About Happiness, Meaning, and Community by Judith Valente. In twenty-one chapters, the author explores the key elements of the Rule of St. Benedict and clearly demonstrates how incorporating this ancient wisdom can change the quality and texture of our lives and offers a way forward from the divisions plaguing our country. The book is inspiring, thoughtful, and motivational. New members are always welcome to attend.
