Spring Workshop
“Catholic and Confident” will be presented by Dennis Mahaney, Office of Parish Life on May 3 from 8:30 am – 12:00 pm.
Session 1: Gain Confidence in Christ – Is Jesus a Hero or a Hoax? Could it be that people are just as open to God and fascinated with Jesus as ever? What about you? What fascinates people about Jesus? Can Catholics have cause for confidence in Christ?
Session 2: Discover My Faith Story – Can you see the burning bushes in your own life? What are the obstacles to being attentive to God’s presence each day? The Catholic tradition offers a wealth of spiritual tools and techniques to pay attention to God who walks with you each and every day.
Session 3: Share My Faith Story – Evangelization is everyone’s business! There is an easy way to compose your story and know when the time is right to share it. Learn to witness to the movement of God’s grace in your life, share prayer or invite the right questions. Gain confidence in telling the personal story of your walk with Jesus.
Register by completing form in Gathering Room and mailing it, placing it in the envelope in the Gathering Room or calling the parish office at 679-4116.
